Because the effort does not follow headcount, it follows your workflows. A company with eight vehicles and clear processes is quicker to set up than one with three vehicles and many exceptions. A fixed price takes that risk off your side.
The monthly fee continues to cover hosting, maintenance, updates and support. The intensive first three months are there for rollout and training.
Yes. It is the same platform — the transport modules are switched on and your data stays in place. Only the difference in setup is charged.
We work with a twelve-month term from handover, monthly thereafter. The details are agreed personally before any contract.
Usually yes, as long as your master data exists digitally — a spreadsheet is enough. For large migrations from legacy systems we give you a realistic date up front.
