Legal deadline

From 1 January 2027 a PDF is no longer enough.

The transition period for e-invoicing in Germany ends on 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, companies with more than €800,000 in prior-year revenue must issue structured e-invoices to EN 16931. From 2028 the obligation applies to everyone.

DispoDesk produces ZUGFeRD e-invoices straight from the system — built in, not bolted on.

Breaches can be treated as an administrative offence and fined up to €5,000.

No. The portal runs in the browser, there is no server to operate and no software to install. We set everything up and train your team.

Usually two weeks from order to live operation. The only requirement is that your master data exists in some digital form — a spreadsheet is enough.

The driver view is deliberately reduced to a few actions: view tour, complete tour, upload photo, confirm departure check. It works on any smartphone.

Yes. Customers, vehicles, employees and open invoices can be migrated as long as they exist digitally. This is part of the setup.

Yes. DispoDesk generates invoices in ZUGFeRD format to EN 16931 and can be sent straight from the portal.

Further users and vehicles can be added at any time. For special processes we build dedicated modules — the portal grows with the business.
